This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and/or Service Terms applicable to users of the ILTL Sports Website and Services (“You”, “User”) and is governed by the laws and legal constructions present within the existing Terms of Use available at https://iltlsports.com/terms-conditions/.
By making a payment to ILTL Sports (“ILTL”, “We”, “Us”), You agree to be bound by this Policy and all conditions contained herein.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all fees, charges, and payments made in connection with membership, league registration, tournament participation, and any other paid Services facilitated via the ILTL Sports Website. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
2. Membership Fee Refunds
2.1 Membership fees are refundable only if the written refund request is submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment.
2.2 After 30 (thirty) days from payment, no refund of membership fees will be permitted under any circumstances.
3. League & Tournament Registration Refunds
3.1 Refunds for league registration or tournament participation may be requested in writing and will be eligible only if submitted no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the official tournament start date.
3.2 Any refund request received less than 14 (fourteen) days before the tournament start date will be denied and no refund shall be given.
4. Disqualification & User-at-Fault Situations
4.1 No refunds will be granted where the User is disqualified due to actions attributable to the User, including but not limited to:
(a) registering under an incorrect category or division;
(b) unsportsmanlike conduct or breach of league rules;
(c) any misconduct determined by ILTL at its sole discretion.
4.2 Payments in such cases are strictly non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Considerations
5.1 Refunds for reasons not expressly covered above (e.g., medical emergencies, personal circumstances) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to ILTL’s sole discretion.
5.2 The granting of such refunds is not guaranteed and may be conditional upon submission of appropriate supporting documentation.
6. Refund Request Procedure
6.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ILTL Sports and must include:
(a) proof of payment;
(b) full user details (name, contact information, account identification);
(c) bank account details for refund processing; and
(d) supporting documents where applicable (e.g., medical or hospital certificate if claimed due to injury).
6.2 Incomplete or improperly documented requests may be delayed or denied.
7. Refund Processing
7.1 Approved refunds will be processed via the original or designated bank account provided by the User.
7.2 Refunds require a processing period of up to 14 (fourteen) business days, subject to banking processing times and system delays.
7.3 Any transfer fees, bank charges, currency exchange costs, or intermediary bank processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Reservation of Rights
8.1 ILTL reserves the right to refuse or modify any refund, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Use, Service Terms, or this Policy.
8.2 This Policy may be updated from time to time and will be effective immediately upon posting on the ILTL Sports Website.
9. Legal Interpretation
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the Terms of Use, Service Terms, and all Applicable Regulations as defined in the Terms of Use (“Applicable Regulations”). In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
