What is the ILTL Tournament Official Partnership Program?
The ILTL Tournament Official Partnership Program is a collaboration between ILTL and tennis tournament organizers across Indonesia. By partnering with ILTL, tournaments can access our player vetting system, rating services, and award badges and points to players. Our goal is to help make tournaments fair, competitive, and rewarding for participants at all levels.
How Does It Work?
- Vetting Players and Assigning Ratings Ensuring that players compete at their correct skill level is critical to fair competition. ILTL helps tournament organizers vet players and provide accurate ratings through our ELO-based system. This categorization ensures players are fairly matched, enhancing the tournament experience.
If players dispute their ratings or eligibility for a tournament, they can appeal for a review. We reassess based on match history and other available data, maintaining transparency in the process. Note that we will only entertain player rating appeals for ILTL partnered tournaments. - Seamless Match Recording and Tracking All matches from officially partnered tournaments will be recorded in our ILTL system. This allows organizers and players to track results, review match history, and analyze performance over time. Having all matches logged into the ILTL system ensures players have a reliable, verifiable match record that can be used for future rankings and events.
- Exclusive Badges and Recognition Participants in ILTL-partnered tournaments receive more than just a fun competition. Tournaments can design their own badges and they will be shown on the winners’ ILTL profiles under ‘Achievements’. Players who reach the semifinals and beyond will be awarded exclusive badges such as:
- Champion Badge
- Finalist Badge
- Semifinalist Badge
- These badges are visible on players’ ILTL profiles, helping them stand out within the tennis community and showcasing their accomplishments.
- Points System for Rankings (Coming Soon) We’re excited to announce that soon, matches and achievements from ILTL-partnered tournaments will contribute to players’ overall ILTL rankings. This points system allows players to accumulate points based on their performance, which contributes to their standing on the ILTL leaderboard. By incentivizing regular participation, this feature helps players climb the ranks and qualify for more prestigious tournaments.
- What’s Next? While we do our best to ensure accurate player ratings, we acknowledge the possibility of discrepancies, especially for new players without prior match data or tampered submissions. We aim for transparency and accuracy, though we cannot guarantee 100% precision in all cases.
